1.3. – Italien. Staatspräsident Napolitano teilt mit, er stehe nach Ablauf seiner Amtszeit im Mai d.J. nicht für eine Wiederwahl zur Verfügung. Der Präsident wendet sich entschieden gegen die Auflösung des im Vormonat gewählten Parlaments (vgl. „Blätter“, 4/2013, S. 127).
